Join us November 20th (3 pm to 8 pm) for our last 2016 Ladies Night Out!
Be a Hard Target – Not an Easy Victim
Learn the basics of personal safety in a variety of situations, including when walking, when driving, and when at home. Discussion will cover “best practices” for avoiding dangerous situations and best options for escaping them. We will also learn and practice some basic hand-to-hand self-defense moves.
Instruction and practice will be followed by dinner, drinks, great company and a spectacular view of the sunset on the clubhouse patio.
Meet at the clubhouse at 3pm for lecture and practice. Wear comfortable “workout” clothes and tennis shoes.
Instruction provided by Albert Mendoza. Mr. Mendoza is currently a law enforcement officer with the federal government. He has over 24 years of law enforcement experience, including experience as a Pressure Point Control Tactic Instructor and a SWAT negotiator.
